Harvey Roy III

A Bemidji State Business Graduate and Red Lake High School Valedictorian, Harvey has expertise working in tribal government, health care programs, gaming, financial accounting and audit.

Chief Financial Officer 

A Certified Public Accountant, John has worked for Ogaakaaning Enterprises since 2011, with the purpose of helping existing tribally owned businesses become profitable and experience growth.

Sam Strong

Through Economic Development initiatives Sam has worked to improve program impacts, business outcomes, and job values since 2007. He is helping guide the current constitutional reform process.

James Garrigan

James Garrigan

“Dino” has 50 years working with Indian Tribes throughout the country in the transportation field, 32 years with the BIA, with 15 of those years as Minnesota's Agency Engineer.

Francis Brun

Francis Brun

“Chunky” has had a lifetime professional career with the Federal government and the Red Lake Nation. His Business Administration degree is from Bemidji State University.

Lee Cook

Lee Cook

Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2011, Lee has an extensive background as an executive and professional serving tribal, community and government organizations throughout the country.

Charles Dolson

Currently serving as the Executive Administrator of the Band, Charles is active in budget development and BIA relations, along with developing the Red Lake Band’s public policy.
